Bloodborne Pathogens
The American Safety & Health Institute’s Bloodborne Pathogens program includes information that will help students understand what bloodborne pathogens are and how risks of exposure can be reduced for themselves and others. The program assists in satisfying the training requirements of the U.S. Department of Labor, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard.
Intended audience: Any individual or employee who has a reasonable anticipation of contact with blood or other potentially infectious materials as a result of performing designated job duties.

Bloodborne Pathogens (Blended Learning*)
*Blended Learning requires completion of an online course prior to meeting with our instructor for the practical skills portion and certification exam.
45-60 min, $30/person, 1-yr certification upon successful completion
With the exception of working with private groups who need the full 90 min classroom course, this is the primary option we provide for students in need of Bloodborne Pathogens. The Blended Learning option provides flexibility for students and saves time in the classroom. Contact Us to request this course and get started on it.
