New Online OSHA & Workplace Safety Training Now Available from Safety First

16 Sep 2026

At Safety First CPR & Safety Training, we’re always looking for ways to make safety training more convenient for the businesses and organizations we serve.

That’s why we’re excited to announce the addition of online OSHA and workplace safety training through HSI.

Whether you need OSHA 10 or 30-hour training, want to provide additional safety training for your employees, or simply need a convenient way to refresh knowledge on a specific workplace hazard, we now have online options that allow employees to complete training anytime, anywhere.

Online OSHA 10 & 30-Hour Training

For employees and supervisors who need OSHA Outreach training, we offer:

  • OSHA 10-Hour Construction — $79
  • OSHA 10-Hour General Industry — $79
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction — $169
  • OSHA 30-Hour General Industry — $169

The Construction courses are designed for workers and supervisors in the construction industry, while General Industry training is intended for workplaces such as manufacturing, warehousing, healthcare, facilities and other non-construction industries.

OSHA Outreach training provides a U.S. Department of Labor OSHA Outreach Course Completion Card. It is important to note that OSHA Outreach training is not an OSHA certification or license.

Online Workplace Safety Courses

OSHA 10 and 30-hour training isn’t the only option.

We also offer individual online workplace safety courses covering many of the hazards and topics businesses encounter every day.

Popular courses include:

  • Hazard Communication
  • Lockout/Tagout
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Fundamentals
  • Ladder Safety
  • Slips, Trips & Falls
  • Fire Extinguisher Safety
  • Emergency & Fire Preparedness
  • Driver Safety
  • Heat Stress
  • Forklift Fundamentals
  • Electrical Safety – General Awareness
  • Hearing Conservation
  • Respiratory Protection
  • Personal Fall Arrest Systems
  • And more

Courses start at $29.99.

These shorter courses can be useful when a business needs to provide training on a particular workplace safety topic without requiring employees to complete a full OSHA 10- or 30-hour course.

Training for Your Entire Team

Online training can be especially convenient for businesses with employees working different shifts, at multiple locations, or outside of traditional classroom hours.

We offer group pricing for businesses with multiple employees, making it possible to provide online safety training to your team without having everyone attend a class at the same time.

If you’re a construction company, property management company, warehouse, manufacturer, medical office, school, church, landscaping company or other business looking for workplace safety training, contact us to discuss your needs.

Not Sure Which Course Your Employees Need?

That’s okay!

Different jobs and workplaces have different training requirements. Some OSHA standards require specific training, while other courses may be appropriate based on the hazards present in your workplace.

Contact us before purchasing if you’re unsure which course is appropriate for your employees. We’re happy to help you identify the training options that best fit your situation.

It’s also important to understand that some OSHA-required training involves hands-on instruction, demonstrations, workplace-specific information or employee evaluations. An online course may not, by itself, satisfy every training requirement.

For example, our Forklift Fundamentals course should not be considered a complete OSHA-powered industrial truck operator certification. OSHA requires additional practical training and workplace evaluation for covered powered industrial truck operators.

Online Training + In-Person Training from Safety First

Online safety training is a new option we’re excited to offer, but in-person training remains a big part of what we do.

Safety First CPR & Safety Training provides onsite:

  • CPR/AED training
  • First Aid
  • Bloodborne Pathogens
  • Lifeguard training
  • Babysitting Safety
  • Other safety and certification training

For businesses and groups throughout Jacksonville and Northeast Florida, we can come to your location for group training.

Now, with our new online courses, you have another option when online training makes more sense for your team.

Ready to Get Started?

Whether you need OSHA 10, OSHA 30, or a specific workplace safety course, we’re here to help.

Contact Safety First CPR & Safety Training to purchase an online course or ask about group pricing.
